Why isn't my ADP working? ›

Problems Logging In

Check the spelling and spacing of your password. (Passwords are case sensitive; remember to turn off the Caps Lock key.) You must register before you can log into the MyADP application. You must use your MyADP user ID and password (not the ID and password you use to log into your company's network.

What to do if you are locked out. Go to Forgot User ID or Password and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have retrieved your user ID, you will no longer be locked out. Please contact your company administrator if you need further assistance.

Select First Time Users Register Here to start the registration process. Follow the steps to enter your registration code, verify your identity, get your User ID and password, select your security questions, enter your contact information, and enter your activation code.

Current ADP status is UP.

You must have Adobe® Reader®, version 6.0. 2 or higher installed on your computer. To find out what version of Adobe Reader is installed on your computer, open your current version of Adobe Reader and choose Help ~ About Acrobat Reader. If you need to download a newer version of Acrobat Reader, go to www.adobe.com.

If you are having difficulty logging in, try the following: You must use your ADP pay statements user ID and password (not the ID and password you use to log in to your company's network.) You must register before you can log in to the pay statements application.

When logging into ADP, your username will normally be your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click "forgot password" to recover your account when signing in.

Your company may also be configured so that if a user enters incorrect login information more than a predetermined number of times, that user's account will be inactivated. The user will then have to contact you to reactivate his/her account. This is done as a security precaution.

ADP will send a verification code to your mobile phone. Enter the verification code. Click Continue. If you did not receive a code, click Request a New Code to have another code sent to your mobile phone.

Logging In

To use ADP® Mobile Solutions on your mobile device, you must be registered to use Employee Access® for RUN Powered by ADP®. For more information about Employee Access, or if you forgot your User ID or Password, speak with your company's payroll contact. 1 Open ADP Mobile Solutions on your mobile device.

Note: If the My Timecard option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Employee in the Role Selector. On the Today's Activities section, click the My Timecard button.

If you are unable to log in, your former employer may have removed your online account. You will need to contact your former company HR or Payroll department to request a copy of your W-2. ADP cannot provide you with your W-2.
